As COO I take care of all company operations as well as production, game design, and management of the art team.I've built all the processes for the team, managed the roadmap and backlog and have designed and directed several elements of the game.

I worked on these titles for almost 10 years, building them as producer and game designer - managing content delivery, releases and Live Ops. During my time working on these titles they grossed over $150mil.I was also involved in the sale of these games (and the team that built them) from Gamesys to Bagelcode.

Why me

Hi, I'm Sophia. With over 17 years in the games industry, I’ve had the opportunity to work across both mobile and console, combining creative design with hands-on operations.As Chief Operating Officer at Included Games, I wear many hats, overseeing everything from HR and legal to finance, business operations, production and process. It’s a broad remit, but I genuinely enjoy connecting the dots between teams and making sure everyone has what they need to do their best work.Consulting gives me the chance to do more of what I love: working closely with teams, solving problems, and helping people do their best work. I focus on bringing structure to creative chaos, whether that’s through smarter planning, thoughtful game and product design input, or systems that actually support the way people work.After years leading operations, I’ve come to value the perspective that comes from working across different studios. Every team is unique, but the challenges often rhyme. I enjoy stepping in to bring clarity, momentum, and a sense of calm when things feel messy or stuck. For me, it’s all about helping teams power up and thrive.
